Food Allergy Education
Welcome to K-State's Food Allergy Education Website
Training future foodservice professionals on food allergy prevention and management is important as increasing number of Americans and their families are affected by food allergies. This website provides innovative food allergy training materials including a personal story, voices from key foodservice operators about food allergy management, and comprehensive education modules. These materials were developed by extensive research funded by USDA Higher Education Challenge Grant.
For Educators: The instructors only section includes presentation files, quizzes and case studies. For access to these materials, please contact Dr. Junehee Kwon at jkwon@k-state.edu (785-532-5369).
