Our mission is to provide food allergy education and resources for students and educators in hospitality management programs through innovative storytelling videos and supporting materials to enhance undergraduate food allergy education and research.

Vision

Our vision is to improve food allergy education in the hospitality management programs, preparing the undergraduate students with adequate knowledge to be better leaders in foodservice management in the future.
